Reconnective Healing originated with a chiropractor by the name of Dr. Eric Pearl in 1993, after a series of strange events. Suddenly, many of Dr. Pearls’ patients felt his hand touching them before he actually did , then they began healing from many serious conditions. Things such as, cancer, AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, birth disfigurements and cerebral palsy, just to mention a few. Eventually, he learned that this type of healing could be easily shared and taught to others. He teaches it in a seminar format. The healing itself is not considered to be done by the practitioner, nor does the practitioner “direct” the healing or even have any specific intent. Instead, the practitioner lets go of attachment to any particular outcome, and feels for certain healing frequencies. These are felt in the palm of the hand. The feeling of them is easily learned and is felt for in the Human Body Field. These frequencies are then utilized to reconnect that persons field to the energy of the Universe. Belief is not required for this healing to work. Many skeptics have received dramatic healings. Dr. Pearl has taught over 70,000 people all over the world how to do this. His book on the subject has been published in over 36 languages and new research programs are currently underway at the Human Energy Systems Laboratory at the University of Arizona.
