LIAISON SERVICES
Our Liaison Services works to ensure our patients’ needs are addressed and questions answered.
Many of our potential patients and current patients have questions about treatments, length of stay, where to stay, where to eat, what to expect when arriving, what to bring…the list goes on. We are here to help.
We provide a “Have a Question” form on each page of our website. Please feel free to ask questions, make comments, express needs and wants and we will answer in a timely fashion. Of course you can always call but this method insures more private and individual attention.
We can provide assistance with scheduling PICC or PORT placement.
For those arriving for our cancer boot camp, you will be met upon arrival and given a tour of the facility. We want our patients to feel at home during their stay.
During this time you will be given your schedule, New Patient Notebook and answers to whatever questions you may have. We are there to assist in your return visits. We can help with supplement orders and shipments.
We provide a questionnaire form below should you have specific questions. Our website is full of great information and we encourage you to read and learn as much as possible.
